Astrologer's Legacy is a 30-second animation created using Adobe After Effects, marking the beginning of my journey into game design and animation. The animation revolves around a character inspired by both astrology and ancient Chinese aesthetics.
As a self-learner in After Effects, I initially faced the challenge of encapsulating a meaningful storyline within the confines of 30 seconds. Moreover, the tool's limitations made it challenging to create intricate frame-by-frame character animations. Consequently, I decided to embrace abstraction as the storytelling medium.
